Winchester is excited to be selected to take on the operation and management of the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant, its employees, and the critical work done there to support the US Army and our soldiers. We are committed to communicating frequently with the current LCAAP staff and guiding them through the transition process.
If you are a current LCAAP employee, here is how to stay informed:
The transition will be a one-year journey and we will guide current LCAAP employees through the process. We will begin accepting employment applications later this year and are looking forward to receiving your application for employment.
We will only be accepting applications from the current employees at the LCAAP facility. If you are not a current employee at LCAAP, we will not be able to accept your application at this time. To be informed when the application process begins, please be sure you have added yourself to the interest list.
Below is a general timeline to help current LCAAP employees who have interest in employment with Winchester to understand what to expect and when.
December 2019 - April 2020 | Outreach to current LCAAP employees who have expressed interest in employment |
